Just a note to say how pleased we are with the Mitsubishi Electric heat pump we had installed a couple of weeks ago. We've had excellent service from HB Refrigeration, who originally installed our 4 heat pumps, and serviced them over the years. One of the 17 year old units stopped working so I called HB Refrigeration. The serviceman turned up that morning and advised it needed to be replaced. The sales rep turned up in the afternoon and gave great advice on a replacement. She even dissuaded us from getting a larger unit because it would be of no benefit. She gave us an excellent price - not much more than the price we paid 17 years ago! Nine days later, they installed the new heat pump. Incredible service, and great quality product.
